  • I had the best service from this family owned business and would use them again. We rent the home we live in and our dishwasher started making loud noise. I called Tip Top based on location, family owned and great reviews. Suzanne was great on the phone and was able to squeeze me in on the same day I called for a diagnosis. She kept updating me as to when Mike would arrive. He arrived right on time and made a diagnosis the motor would have to be replaced. By the next morning, I received a quote for replacing the motor and also a quote for a replacement dishwasher he recommended to me. He was able to obtain one through a distributor relationship he has and it was very reasonable price as was his quote for replacing the motor. I recommended to the owner doing business with Tip Top due to how impressed I was with Mike's product knowledge both replacing the motor and product knowledge of the dishwasher market. The owner ended up replacing the dishwasher using their own relationships so I was disappointed not to be able to give Mike the business. But his magnet is on my fridge and he will be the first call I make if I need any type of appliance service.
