  • I am currently (3-28-15) in my hotel room n I'm pissed First they doubled booked me Second they give me a room with only one bed instead of 2 Third the Ac is broken so it is on but the temperature it releases is outside air of 78 degrees So it is hot in my room and bed lamps don't work I'm so tired of walking downstairs to the lobby After 3xs n 2 hours of struggling to get a decent room. Only reason I'm putting up with it is because it's 9:39pm n I'm soooo tired of going down to the lobby to complaint abt the 3rd wrong thing with my reservation I will never stay here again
