  • This is a dishonest company. My home warranty company assigned them to work on our a/c in June, but they never called us, or returned our calls, and never showed up. Almost 2 months later we get a bill from them for the service call, saying they showed up and we never answered the door, then they claimed we called and cancelled the service request. Today after speaking to my home warranty company and filing a complaint with them, and telling them we were not going to pay the service charge, one of Old West Builders technicians came to the house, rang our doorbell, and sprinted to his truck. Before he could leave, we came out, and he asked us if we still wanted them to still work on our a/c. When i told him no, he gave us a smug look, and drove off. Stay away from this company. If your home warranty company refers them to you, tell them no.
