  • My upstairs AC went out yesterday..fan working but no cold air. Called my home warranty company Old Republic. This was my first claim and was very impressed with customer service from O.R. They were available after regular business hours. I was initially disappointed I couldnt use my prior hvac company Sure Temp. However, I recieved a call from the Shaffer tech at about 10:30 this morning who said he would be at my house in an hour. Colin arrived timely and was professional and knowledgeable. He quickly fixed the problem and took time to explain what I could expect from Old Republic for future issues.
