  • Took a watch in to get the eco cell replaced which costs around $35, gave me an invoice for $155 which includes the replacement of the crown which doesn't need replacing as well as a bunch of other junk. Refused to only replace that battery and made it mandatory to pay for all other repairs and maintenance...basically like a car dealership repair shop where they want you to replace things that aren't broke. Don't buy a citizen, these watches also have poor resale value and as you can see are expensive to maintain since you can't just replace a regular battery
