  • Two thumbs up for GCS Carpet Cleaning. Fantastic customer service and amazing results from the carpet cleaning. They are friendly, prompt, and went above and beyond what the voucher provided. Appointment was set up quickly, they called twice the morning of to keep me updated on exactly when they would arrive, and showed up on time. Our technician was professional and super friendly. The carpet cleaning itself was unbelievable. Due to the fact that our carpet is old and we are still housebreaking a pup we declined any extras to our service, as we are going to replace it in the near future. Out of concern for the level of service they are able to provide GCS treated our problem areas for no additional cost. The results were an unexpected surprise. Our carpet looks fantastic! We will definitely be using them again for all future carpet cleaning.
