The takeout was quick and easy. Price was $8-11 for a typical pho. I had the Red Lantern special to go and had it ready to go in 10 minutes. The broth was good, but I didn't expect the meat to be literally uncooked upon arrival. I guess cooking it in the broth as a sort of hot pot was their method for pickups, but I felt like I was still eating raw meat after letting it sit. In all, it is Pho, but I think there's tastier options nearby.
