  • Worst experience I've ever had with an animal clinic! Took my baby chihuahua in because he got in a fight with another dog and his eye had completely popped out of the socket. We enter and see the women in the front talking to each other and ask them to help us, to which they answered "uhh yeah the doctor unfortunately is not here right now..." We asked if they could take a look at my dog or do anything while the doctor came back. They told us that they couldn't do anything about it and they didn't know when the doctor was coming back. Absolutely NOTHING was done to help us nor did it look like they cared about my dog who was in critical condition. The only thing they did was refer us to another animal hospital. Mind you, their door sign said that the clinic was opened 24 hours for emergency services. It was the middle of the day and the Dr. wasn't even there, so why the hell would you people be open 24 hours??? By the time we got to the other hospital it was too late to save my dog's eye. He will now have to live the rest of his life with only one eye. Horrible service, horrible staff, and a doctor that was nowhere in sight. Avoid this place!!!
