  • Zero stars should be an option for this place. My boyfriend called ahead of time, asking if it was busy to do a walk in. He gets there within 10 minutes, walks into the salon with every seat taken and 3 people ahead of him waiting. Which is fine because he didn't make an appointment. So he's standing around, no one acknowledges him or even makes eye contact. A woman and her kid walks in after him, thinking maybe they had an appointment, was acknowledged instantly. a couple of minutes later another man walks in, was acknowledged instantly AGAIN and was pulled in to get his cut. THE FUCK?! After all that, he just decides to leave and go to sports clips for better service. Never going back there lol.
