| - I arrived today in the service department, only to NOT be greeted, and once I was acknowledged, it was the least friendly person, and you could tell that they did not want to help us, or maybe he just really hates his job. After explaining what had happened to my vehicle that I purchased less than a week ago, as it left us stranded, the service adviser, said "oh, well you can leave it with us, and we will get to it when we can". NO apology, "sorry that happened", whatever, from anyone. Even the guy that came in to advise me of the problem, didn't apologize or acknowledge that a new car, has left us stranded. I have purchased several cars over my years, and this was the LEAST friendly place that I have visited. I will drive out of my way to visit another Dodge/Chrysler dealer, before I even thought about visiting here again.
