Whether it be urgent care, the ER, or the doctor's office, I always prefer to go to Mountain View when I'm feeling my very worst. Even moving out of the area, I come crack to Mountain View. It's more likely than not, the employees that you interact with briefly along the hospital stay, have a generally positive demeanor. Of course, there will always be one or two bad apples, but when you're looking at the 10 people you met with, one shouldn't spoil the bunch. I typically get in and out of Mountain View ER faster than I do at urgent care, with less people in front of me. I have nothing but very positive things to say about Mountain View Hospital.
