Second free session, first one in Vegas. Had full intention to sign up anyway but wanted to see how class was lead by their instructors.
I consider myself to be in fairly decent shape, but an hour after pushing and all out'ing I was ready to puke.
Not one for cardio workouts usually, but in a friendly group setting, and an instructor to push you along, I can't think of a better motivator (for myself).
