  • For as large as this Pottery Barn location is (2 stories), I would think that the merchandise selection would be better. I can't really put my finger on why this is, but I always have better luck finding things I like/want at the Chandler location. When I lived in RI, I found the Garden City location to be good as well. Also, the customer service at the one in Scottsdale Quarters isn't great either. While the staff is not rude, they also aren't necessarily very helpful either.
