  • My husband and I have recently purchased an Audi Q5 from Audi Henderson. Our sales person's name is Zach Waugaman. I am usually not a person who writes many reviews but I must share our joy in working with Zach and everyone at this Audi dealership. Zach has the patience of a saint and if you knew my husband you would realize that that is what it takes to please him. Zach was so accommodating and helpful. We had a problem when we sold our previous Audi and Zach offered solutions and helped us get the job done. He is not the typical "car salesman" that would tell you anything you wanted to hear just to sell a car and BS you until you cannot stand it!!! He is honest and definitely not "pushy". There were no nagging phone calls or promises he couldn't keep. Just a friendly, honest guy with a great smile. Laura Lopez helped us fill out all the financial paper work and was organized and just a pleasant, lovely person. They registered our car at DMV so we didn't have to wait on those long lines and when the job was done we received an email and phone call from the Customer Service Department. I also want to mention Austin who is the Tech guy at Audi Henderson. He went through all the features of my new car to me from turning on the radio to the Navigation system. He told me I could call him at any time with any question about all of these new features of the 2018 Q5. I left the dealership with a general understanding of how these functions work, but I am sure I will be calling Austin sometime very soon. When I tell you this is the nicest car dealership we have ever dealt with, I am not exaggerating. We have purchased two cars from them and one leased car, so far, and have not regretted one minute. The cars are beautiful, reliable and safe and I would recommend the cars and this dealership to anyone I know. "A Happy Camper" Shirley Iodice
