| - Me and my boyfriend have been in the restaurant industry for a combined 22 years, I have never witnessed such atrocious service anywhere.. Waited 15 minutes after we were sat, no one acknowledged us, even though multiple servers and the manager made eye contact with me. We were patient, a simple someone will be with you would have been nice. Another patron asks their server if he can help us, 5 minutes later he takes our order. Our appetizer comes out before our drinks. Not a real big deal for me. 30 minutes later, still no entrees. Our server walks up asks if we've gotten our food, I tell him no. He proceeds to tell us the kitchen is super busy. Meanwhile 3 tables that sat after us had eaten their appetizers and were on to their entrees. It was apparent as a server he forgot to order our food. 30 minutes after our food arrived. That's an hour wait for entrees. The food was pretty good..My boyfriend asked for a refill on an arnold palmer, he didn't get it until reminding the server at the end of the meal. He was just a kid so I felt for him he seemed kind of busy. The worst part was the manager who sat on the patio and didn't help any of the guests or the servers, who all seemed a little busy. I could not believe how uninvolved or how little she seemed to care about her guests experience. At our work, our managers are always aware of whats going on, how long people have been waiting, if they are greeted in a timely manner and will personally talk to tables when those situations ever arise. I would never want to work for such a lazy manager, who doesn't take pride in the running of the business or ensuring guest satisfaction. We will NEVER dine there again!
