I came here expecting a museum. The building is original, but it's been basically gutted as an exhibition space for artwork. I feel like there's more than enough history here to warrant permanent exhibits, but instead there's more or less nothing. You can see the outsides of various buildings, but the distillery building was locked when we went up (and we were told it's also gutted), and the two authentic houses on site are both $7 admission. One was constructed in the 1940s! It's the same as a neighborhood house! The wildflower walk was a nice touch, but it was all the same type of wildflower and the path was overgrown. There were a couple of touch explanation stations with audio, which may or may not work depending on what button you press. I expected much more from such an interesting site, but as you can see in the other reviews, this is pretty much only a venue space, not an attraction.
