  • I will start off by saying our backyard came out very nice and that it's so much nicer than looking at dirt everyday. Having said that, I'm not happy with the owner Jeromey. We started this project after he agreed to match a competitors price. Told it would take 3 weeks. Actually took 6-7. My perception is that he matched it to earn my business and showed me a beautiful 3D video. I was told we'd receive everything that we saw in the video (besides the furnishings) and after we were well through the progress, things started to change. We were supposed to have a beautiful garden that would match the stucco of our house like the video showed and he shared, but when we met at his design studio he said he'd be building us one from wood (looks like pallet wood). We saw trellis in the video that looked beautiful, metal like, instead he also built those from the same wood. The wood stain we chose in his office isn't what we were shown at all except for one trellis out of the 5. I paid for a 10ft BBQ with travertine top and received only 8ft (difference of $600). I agreed if he threw in a cover which cost maybe $50 I'd be settle with it. I asked for a sink which he said would be $440 installed with running water and then get hit for $22 in Tax. To me, $440 installed means $440 installed. Maybe I'm wrong. While the project was a few weeks in, I went to the side of my house and smelled urine. During our final sit down with Jeromey we were told there would be a porter potty on site for the workers to avoid this and never received one. Jeromey was quick to fix this after I said something to him. Lastly, I asked for another 3D video with changes before the project even started and was in a nice way told no. Having shared all this, I feel Jeromey agreed to a price and realized it would be hard to create what was shown in the video so he'd have to save in places. Kind of like bait and switch. Every time there was a concern or question I'd bring up to Jeromey, it was matched with an excuse or a reason why I was wrong. This was a $30,000 backyard of my hard-earned money not one of the million dollar projects they're used to. Different parts of my backyard have a warranty either through Premier or through third-party companies. I'm nervous if something goes wrong to deal with Premier Paradise just to be met with an excuse. I have a hard time recommending them for the experience with the owner. Everyone else I dealt with was very friendly. Josh his right hand man was great.
