Terrible customer service. We purchased an LG appliance package (dishwasher,refrigerator,range, and microwave) and spent close to $6000. I asked for the extended service warranty on ALL appliances at the recommendation of the salesman. He was very inexperienced and had difficulty with the software in finalizing the sale. To make a long story short, he neglected to add the service warranty to the dishwasher. Well, 4 months later, guess which appliance breaks? Of course the dishwasher!
I called Conn's customer service to schedule repairs and they tell me that there's no service warranty so I'll have to pay $90 just to have them come out.
I went back to the store to speak with the manager about their error in not adding the service warranty onto the dishwasher. The customer service rep was very rude and I asked to speak with a manager. The SAME manager that helped with my sale came out to talk to me but instead of confessing that he and his inexperienced employee made a mistake, he tried to play good cop/bad cop saying his hands are tied because as a company Conn's isn't going to add a service warranty 4 months after the initial sale. He didn't even TRY to help. He was shrugging his shoulders and was stepping backwards as he spoke meaning that he basically didn't care and wasn't going to go out of his way to correct his error.
BUY APPLIANCES SOMEWHERE ELSE.
