  • Absolutely hands down the worst service I've ever had. I've actually called and made several complaints with the 800 number because of the staff here. I was actually called a stupid white girl by one of the ladies behind the counter. How this branch is still in business is beyond me. Now, because of my complaints. I haven't received mail in 4 days!!! It's almost like they're holding it captive. NOT to mention, everytime I bring stuff in. They literally grab a random item and say weigh it. Like, lady I've been doing this for years. I weigh my mail and pay for the correct postage. I did speak to a manager ONCE. He was terrible. His attitude is 10x worse then the ladies behind the counter. He actually told me to grow up or go some place else. They are actually representing a business and they're acting like this? It makes me a bit ill. Like, if you hate your job this much, aybe you should be doing something else.
