Second conversation at pick-up: Attendant: "Oh, they didn't clean your dress. I don't know why. I'll have it ready later today." Me:"Okay." Third conversation at second pick-up: Attendant: "We can't clean your dress because the sparkles will come off on the other clothes." Cheap, yes. Convenient, no.
