  • My favorite place here in town when I'm in the mood for ramen. This is a small place (seats less than 40 people) and there is usually a wait time of at least 30-45 minutes whenever I try to come in. Thus, the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. I have had to drive out to Monta Chaya out in Henderson a couple times because their place is bigger and I don't have to wait as long. I usually have their Shoyu Ramen with an extra serving of noodles. Their fried rice and gyozu is what I will sometimes order and both are excellent. The staff is friendly and courteous, but very busy. Their prices are pretty reasonable. If you like Chinatown and don't mind possibly waiting outside for 30-45 minutes, then you should check out this place.
