  • I can't say enough about this company and their staff. My son was discharged from the hospital yesterday. It wasn't until after we arrived at home early evening did we discover his own bed would not work out for him and a hospital bed was necessary. It was late in the day and I called several medical equipment companies only to be told they don't deliver this late or nothing was available. It wasn't until I called Ultimate Medical Equipment Inc and spoke with a very nice lady. She went out of her way to accommodate my needs and arranged for one of their staff to deliver a bed and set it up within two hours. They also had a very empathetic ear when I was explaining our situation. They even made sure to bring extra supplies for the bed In the event I needed them. While setting up the bed I asked the gentleman if they repair electric scooters. To my surprise they did; he took the battery housing, tested it and replaced the batteries and delivered it the following day when he returned to adjust the bed. Fantastic customer service. Very friendly and courteous. Equipment in great shape as well.
