Reluctantly, I need to update my review. For some reason, we were made to feel uncomfortable at our appointment. They seemed to discourage their services, meaning they would say something like "you want a manicure? Really ? Asking like they didn't want to do it. And they didn't seem to recognize us or be friendly the last time we went even though we'd been going for quite some time. And we started having to wait too long even though we had appointments. I don't know why the service changed but it most definitely did. We go somewhere else now - somewhere where they want the business. (By the way, I always tipped minimum 20% and we don't have gross nails or anything. We didn't complain and we are a nice friendly family,
so it has nothing to do with that kind of thing).
