  • Prior to moving into our new home, we noticed the a.c. unit upstairs wasn't working. I called the home warranty to setup a service repair, as well as notifying my realtor. The A.C. company came out 3 different occasions and the a.c. company has been giving me the run around with fixing the unit for the past 2 wks. I'm livid cuz it's hot and we've been very patient... Why tf come out if you're not going to fix shit. Waste everyone's time and money. You have one job. Just do it.
