  • FedEX is much better than this location. The folks that work here are rude and uninterested in customer service. I blame the station manager as this attitude sets the tone for the rest of the station. Start calling 800 GO-FEDEX and ask for customer service. If enough people call about the station performance, the manager will get changed.
