  • I've been looking forward to trying this place. It replaced the Shadow Bar at Cesar's. The atmosphere, service, and cocktails are amazing. Javier was a great host. Very personable and attentive. Our waitress, Juanita, made sure our glasses were full and we had smiles on our faces. Great mix of music from the DJ. I love 80s music! This is a great lounge. In fact, it's the nicest lounge at Cesar's, by a long shot. The decor is modern and the layout is open and inviting. In short, it's done right. I will be back!
