  • Had lunch here after shopping at the nearby Charlotte Premium Outlets. We wanted to try this newer location out since our the usual McAlister's we go to was so terrible the last time we ate there. I have to say this location was fantastic! The young woman taking our order awesome. She listened carefully especially since there was some substitutions to the sandwiches. She read the order back to make sure it was right. Our order brought out to us quickly and correct. The interior of this location was clean and bright. The food waa fresh and tasty. I had the chicken salad sandwich on a croissant. It tasted fantastic. The only small negative was they stopped serving Sunchips, my husband's favorite. They started serving their own branded chips. But that was okay. We enjoyed our meal here and plan on returning again soon!
