Awful. I brought in 2 suits and a shirt. They scheduled me a pick up time and date and I showed up on time to pick up my clothes. I have business the next couple days and needed the suits. They informed me the suits were not ready because one of the suit pants had a stain in them and wouldn't be ready tonight. First off, I needed them to be ready. I travel for work and won't be here tomorrow. Second, I didn't bring the pants with a stain in them. So they'll fix the situation right? Work on it right away, discount it, deliver them tomorrow... something. What'd they offer? "You don't have to pay for the pants." You mean I don't have to pay for the pants that are still dirty, have a new stain in them, and are late? What a deal! I understand mistakes happen. I was shocked at how they treated me after the fact. They had every chance to win me over as a customer. I would have gladly came back in the future if they handled the situation. As I mentioned, I understand things happen. The cashier acted like it was no big deal and all the owner wanted was for me to swipe my credit card. They were rude and refused to take own their mistake. I will be taking my business elsewhere and suggest you do the same. I can't even remember the last time I posted on yelp, but I felt disrespected enough to warn others. I paid full price for a half laundered outfit with a stain in it. There's so many other options in the area. Go to them instead.
