  • AAA made my reservation for the car and the woman at the desk had the audacity to say that the car I chose was unsafe and the way that AAA does reservations is incorrect and that it was a huge hassle for her to give me the rate I was expecting. I will not go back to this place and filed a formal complaint with Hertz online.
