We stopped by looking for a Star Wars costume and all they had was something that looked worn and third rate, which didn't seem worth the rental cost (I think we were quoted at $125/day or something). A better quality costume might have been worth it, or the owner being accepting that what they had wasn't quite what we wanted would have been just bad luck (not a bad review), but the moment we expressed uncertainty about what he showed us, what followed was the worst customer service experience I've had in a long time, and even if he had something better I'm inclined to say I wouldn't want to give him our money. He was outright insulting in a number of comments to people in our group and it just got worse as minutes wore on. We ended up leaving. Ironically we were able to buy a better looking costume at Halloween City for less money without someone following us through the store with insults.
I'm guessing the owner will respond to this review with the same snark and denial he uses for everyone, accusing people of not being legit and whatever else. Readers should look at this guy's responses to reviews here and ask what business owner they know would handle anything in this way. Totally unprofessional.
