  • We started going to this office in 2012. The Dr we saw from 2012 to 2016 was amazing and the reason we kept going to the practice. She left in 2016 and we decided not to keep going to TLC because the office is very poorly run. For a typical visit we would spend 15-20 minutes in the waiting room, then another 20-30 minutes in the exam room waiting for the Doctor. Anyone with kids knows that having to wait in a confined space with a toddler with very little entertainment for a half hour is torture. On one occasion after enduring the waiting room and exam room waits, our child needed vaccines so the doctor said the nurse would be in shortly for that. 25 minutes later I opened the door and asked someone what was taking so long. Turned out they had totally forgotten about us! It took another 5 minutes for them to prepare the vaccines so we could leave. For that visit we spent over an hour and a half there. I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone.
