  • My friends and I (four people total) went to guu for dinner last night. The food and drinks were great but the service was abysmal. Nobody refilled our waters or removed plates as the night went on. It felt like nobody cared how we were doing. We wanted to order a pitcher of sapporo for the table but nobody came by to clean the dirty dishes or to see if we wanted something else, so we decided to leave and spend our money elsewhere. They refused to split our bill in two which was a mild annoyance. All of the dishes came out at different times and some of us weren't sharing dishes so it was a bit awkward. Will not be coming back, don't like feeling like I'm imposing on the serving staff by being there, or like I'm being rushed out the door.
