I had started going here at the beginning of the year. The first few times were GREAT. Their manger Van Tran is wonderful!! He is so nice and always brought me water (with a straw so i could drink while getting my nails done). But this last time I went in they experience was not as great. For starters the manger was not there. So i guess the other employees thought they could jack up the prices. I went in there with my mother in law and my 2 year old daughter. My daughter got her first mani/pedi for her birthday. Which cost $10. My mother in law and my self both got their hot stone pedicure. They charged us both and extra $10 for a small design on our big toe. So our pedicures were $35 each. My mother in law got a full set. They charged her $5 to paint her tips the same color as her toes and another $5 for the same design. I only needed a fill. They charged $5 to repaint my white tips cuz you could see my real nails under. And then another $7 to put a blank and sliver zebra design on my nails. The people here do great nails, all 3 of our nails look great. But if the manger is not there they act like they don't care. Oh yeah and we didn't get water until i had a coughing spell. I suggest you only go there if Van Tran is there. I'm not really sure if I'm going to do back or not yet.
