Horrible. One star is too many. My 3 year old was sick. I checked in online at 7:13am. I received a call back at 7:15 and they said they don't make appointments for the first hour and to just show up at 8. I showed up at 8:05 and I sat there for 30 minutes. From the moment I walked in they were calling people and making appointments, the first one for 8:30. Having not even been spoken to since I signed in, after 30 minutes I finally went up and inquired about what was going on. She said unless I'm in the system she can't help me. I showed her the email checkin I received at 7:13 and the phone call I received from them at 7:15 in my phone history. She said she couldn't help me and the best she could do was sign me in then so I could leave and come back in two hours because there were already that many ahead of me. She wasn't sympathetic or understanding at all. I woke my daughter up after a really rough night to rush her there and ensure I would be there by 8 only to be told to come back 2 hours later because I wasn't in the system. Clearly no one there cares about the health of others. If you don't want to do your job, find a new one. The health field is not a place to work if your only goal is to earn a paycheck. I don't understand why my 3 year old is being punished because some lazy person didn't want to check her in the first time I called. Needless to say, I went down the street to FastMed where I was greeted promptly and nicely and my daughter was seen quickly. At least some people still care in this world.
