  • I visited this salon twice in the last 2 months. While the atmosphere is pleasant and the decor very pretty, the service is not where it should be. I also know the reason. The owner never visits this salon. The technicians are not personable, just sit and do their job, but with a low quality. The nail technician cut 3 fingers to the point of bleeding when I went there the first time. She then blamed me because I asked for cuticle trimming. On my second visit another nail tech did a poor job applying nail polish. I believe this is unprofessional. I will not be back at this place. There are much better salons elsewhere.
