  • We used Imprint Landscape a few times with no issues the first couple of times. Everything was fine and I don't know what happened the last time but I did not receive all the services that I paid for. I had paid 750 or so dollars for a couple of trees to be taken out, a drip system "optimized" and a palm to be put in. The trees were taken out as they were supposed to be, (except a stump was left for one of them), and the drip system still had issues. Craig said he would be back on March 13th to take another look at the drip system and put the palm in, but he never showed or called. I have called multiple times with no calls back and I have left messages. I did not get the palm that I paid $50 for and the drip system that I paid $75 dollars to be fixed never got fixed properly. It is like Craig disappeared from the Earth for no reason that I know of, and we never had any issues about anything, he just vanished without completing the job, but no issues cashing my check. Don't use them unless you just like losing money.
