  • I wasn't sure how I'd feel about a picadilly that didn't allow me to choose my own toppings and determine the amounts I wanted, but this was great. I had the Abby which tasted like banana bread topped with fudge. I also added nuts and chocolate covered pretzels to mine. They were 50 cents each and in pretty small amounts. But It was delicious. Truly. I still prefer the other picadilly spots when I want to make something more topping heavy. But I do like the flavor combos they've created here and the liquid nitrogen ice cream making experience. On a service note, that stood out to me most. They were swamped with people using Groupons. The annoying grandma ahead of me with five grandkids flustered them a bit but the staff was still pleasant and nice considering how demanding the customer was. And they were apologetic for how long it took to resolve the difficult customer's groupon issue. I'll definitely be back!
