  • I've been here 4-5 times and the first 4 times was great. Excellent service. I changed my mind the 5th visit. The server I got I assume was the owner or manager. She did not say a word. After saying thank you to her numerous times, she did not say your welcome or a word. I find it pretty stupid to serve customers without saying a word. Wtf. I raised my hand because I was ready to order and she came over with the iPad to take the order. Absolutely no words spoken. Put aside the bad service with my last visit, I liked the location because its calm and cozy. The drinks, dessert and snacks are good. I love their Taiwanese snow. Mango tango is my favourite. I tried the Taro one and found it extremely sweet. I must mention that their Taiwanese snow is huge and is great for sharing!
