  • I got a puppy in July 2014 so I was looking for a dependable veterinarian. My friend recommended this place, specifically Dr. Christensen, since she and her family have been taking their dogs here for years. I decided to give it a go. I have gotten all of my dog's vaccinations here, as well as got her spayed, and dealt with an ear infection and stomach bug. Dr. Christensen is very nice and I have had the majority of my appointments with him. I have also met with Dr. McDermott, who is the hospital manager, in my first visit to this hospital as well as when I dropped my dog off for her spay. I had many questions which he answered in detail. I really appreciated that. I have had issues with the staff not greeting me right away but sometimes I feel that's just my preference for being hospitable. They are all generally nice, though. I have also had issues with the staff not being knowledgeable enough and giving me uncertain answers. This turned into a bigger issue than it probably should have but Dr. McDermott was kind enough to call me back to resolve the issue personally. I have since been back and will continue to go back as long as Dr. Christensen and Dr. McDermott are there.
