  • I've shopped here multiple times and lately every time I walk in I don't even get acknowledged by the sales associates. There's usually two people in there and I get the same reaction from both. Which is nothing. Not even a welcome or hello. That is extremely disappointing being that we travel quite often and have made many purchases from this store in the past. Today was the last time I walk in there. I'm officially moving on to a different luggage store.
