  • I can't express how grateful I am for this hospital and their loving, genuine, compassionate team. Yes there was times I waited longer than my appointment time but that's no different than a regular gynecology visit or any other. I would have waited 2 hours if it meant knowing 1. They're treating each patient with the same care and being super thorough 2. It meant my cat would experience the same treatment 3. It meant a second chance at life and in this case it did for my cat. It took a couple test to diagnose my cat but come on...You try diagnosing a patient who can't speak or tell you directly their symptoms. It's like playing charades. I will continue coming back to see Dr. Heather and her whole staff for as long as my cats live. 11 & 12 year olds and counting.
