  • Bland, unenthusiastic and unwelcoming. This is the attitude projected by all the Verizon reps at this location. A case study in how NOT to conduct yourself when working in the retail sales field. Especially in a segment where there is very strong competition. If only Yelp had a "zero" star rating.....
