Good:
- price ($150 - $225 depending on the frames, for a basic light prescription)
- good selection (if hipster-style glasses are your cup of tea)
- friendly service
- was offered a 10% discount for inconvenience
Not good:
- unprofessional customer service (the friendliness is there, the professionalism/knowledge does not seem to be)
- unreliable customer purchasing process (their ordering software failed to process the order, so they had to enter everything twice; also, I never received a copy of the receipt/confirmation after putting in the order and paying)
- bad store layout for actual purchasers
- only an economic choice if you have the most basic/no prescription (prescriptions for distance only over 250 degrees is going to cost an extra $50, which is still okay, but progressive lenses are like $400+)
Overall: good experience for browsing, lacking experience for buying
They do have nice frames, but I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone I know, unless I know they can get the $150 deal, which makes it almost (grudgingly) worth it.
