  • Wow.... I can't believe with what I see... Holidays inn look so depress in the suite. Very old furniture and musty smell also the bathroom fans sound like lawnmower. The hallway smell very very bad. I went down and ask the reception if I can change the room. She over me with two bed. I went to new room they give me and the room look more open but the smell still really bug me. I believe I can't ask more. The room so not different from the 1st room they had given to me. Musty room, old dated and fake flower on the wall also the patches something on the wall you can see clearly because underneath the fake flower. Because the smell really bug me, I'm asking the cleaning lady if she have any febreze to reduce or remove the smell, she did help me but not helping the smell is really really bad. This morning I woke up with the neck and body pains. The bed I been sleep is hard. We went down for breakfast buffet they give us for complimentary but seem not like that. The set up for the breakfast, they lay out the cold breakfast on the front but for the hot breakfast they keep them back in kitchen. We have to ask the lady in restaurant if we want second plate for the hot breakfast. The lady in front restaurant is really nice. The sausage is hot, bacon is cold and dry. This the 1st time and I am not sure if I will coming back.
