  • The food is authentic but the service is awful. If you go through the drive through always check your bag first because nine times out of 10 your order will be wrong. I don't think that I have ever had an incorrect order at Portillo's until this location opened up. They are not as fast as the Illinois locations. Pretty disappointing.
