  • Got booked at this s rental through Priceline. Good price - yes!!! Good service, experience - no!!! We arrived in Phoenix and walked into the car rental place. The only company with a line out the door and way beyond was Advantage. It took forever and the employee was like, next time don't prepay that way you can cancel and go somewhere else. Don't worry I will not only not prepay again, I won't ever book with you again. The car we were first given after waiting in line over an hour smelled like someone hit a skunk with it. After Trading our cars we were finally on our way. The return of the car met with one frazzled employee that stated it would be 10 minutes before he could get to us even though there were no other customers present. Then we had to take our own paperwork over to the pick up counter where there was no employee present. We ended up just leaving it on a basket and can only hope all is well. Very frustrating experience
