First I'll say that it doesn't appear as though they care about making things right as their management doesn't reply on Yelp or to complaints via the website so I'll keep this short. Once you pay, they forget that you exist. Then when they've helped every other customer and you check on the status, they cant even find the order in the system. So, pizza (and me) sitting there for 10 minutes getting cold. They don't even 'present' the pizza to me for approval so its not until I get home that I realize its not to order. What a horrible experience!
