  • Brought the family to Vegas for a couple days and have to say I was a little disappointed with the hotel room. We specifically booked here because the rooms were supposed to be newly renovated, but they weren't...at least not recently. Upon arrival and check-in we proceed to the room and find its not even finished being cleaned and have to wait while they do a hurried job, forgetting the bathroom sink, counter and mirrors. Our luggage even arrived and the bellman had to wait with us. He was on point and well worth a few bucks. Valet service is top notch as is bell service, quick and friendly. All in all it wasn't horrible but was far below expectations as presented on their site.
