This is a new Japanese noodles house, not ramen but soba and udon.
They also have many small dishes to try as appetizer. We tried their salmon pressed sushi, it was delicious. The rice was done just right, not too sweet nor too sour. It goes perfectly well with shiso leaf in the middle of the sushi. Their fishcakes were delicious and well flavored. The marinated tuna sashimi was a little too salty for us. The soy sauce they use and the one on the table are very salty in our opinion.
Talking about their noodles, u can order noodles cold or hot, with soba or udon. The noodles always cook perfectly. Their udon was the skinny kind, i prefer the bigger kind but my bf likes the skinny one. If u order cold noodles, it comes with a dipping sauce and some wasabi. It tastes much better with a hint of wasabi in there. The broth for the hot noodles was kinda on a sweeter side for me but it is light and delicious. I love the most is their tempura, they have a light coat of batter but crispy and yummy.
The ambience is very peaceful, simply decorated with wooden chairs, wooden bench and wooden tables. They have Japanese instrumental music playing in the back.
The service is super polite and friendly. So far i have visited this place 3 times but i will come again and again.
