  • my car CD changer was giving me error 3 message and the car dealership quoted me $850 to fix the whole thing, my instinct told me there's gotta be cheaper alternative to fix this so I did research on internet and people said disconnecting car battery would help, the problem is I don't have the tool and I went to several car shops to get help but they cannot disconnect the battery for me due to some legal issue, not giving up, I passed by 305 Kustoms and ask for help, and Alex immediately offer to help me disconnect the battery for me, after disconnecting and reconnecting, the CD changer indeed got fixed, I was so happy and couldn't believe it really works! Alex also taught me tricks of getting jammed CD out, thank you again 305 Kustom, you've made my day! :)
